They believe in a holistic approach that combines evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding. They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Drug Recovery Program Manager to lead the Reintegration program's daily function and overall operation.

Your Role: Director of Outpatient Program Services

They believe in a holistic approach that combines evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding. They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director to be responsible for daily activities and supervision of outpatient program services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide training and supervision of all clinical staff.
  • Ensures programs function with clinical integrity and maintains compliance with licensure standards, policies and procedures, HIPAA, and all applicable confidentiality laws.
  • Oversee the outcome-driven planning, implementation and evaluation of programs.
  • Conducts searches for relevant funding opportunities.
  • Development of and writing contracts in connection with operational staff, as well as grants to submit for funding, employment, and training.
  • Analyze program data to determine the impact of programs and plan strategically.
  • Assures programs are performing for value-based payment structure
  • Evaluate and implement evidence-based clinical and psychoeducational curricula and best practices for all programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in drug recovery or related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Compassion and dedication to supporting individuals on their recovery journey
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Minimum Education: LCSW
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in supervising behavioral health services program.
  • Registration: Advanced CASAC and/or Master level QHP
  • Preferred: Master-level QHP with CASAC- Advanced
